The Right Kind of Exercise

The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn around the clock, not just when you are exercising. So put the treadmill or the exercise bike in storage, and get out your weights or resistance bands!

With the kinds of foods and the right kind of exercise, you can learn to manipulate your body into producing fat burning hormones in ample amounts. You can get your body to burn fat 24/7 so that you can take the weight off and keep it off while eating the foods you love.
